Each of our blended oils is designed to help you in some way. Whether this is to alleviate anxiety or stress - 'Calming' or to get rid of eczema or psoriasis - 'Skin'. To help you sleep - ‘Night Time’ or to help relieve sore and tired muscles - ‘Muscle Relief’

By using your chosen blend regularly, say in the bath, in a diffuser, as well as on your skin daily or as and when required (Skin), the benefits will be seen/felt faster than just periodic use. Essential oils work by getting into our system and then working from within.

Our ethos is to only use fresh, organic, natural ingredients for our oil blends. With over 20 years of experience in aromatherapy and massage here at Life’s Balance we are passionate about helping people.
